My wife and I went in for the first time and was greeted by a young man who couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable and made a difficult choice and experience much easier. Excellent customer service and store.
I went to this beautiful showroom yesterday with my daughter on the way in we was approached by a young man he was very rude when he was talking to us.he didnt give us eye contact.he was looking away through the whole conversation and he was unhelpful.i asked if they did monthly payments he said no we don't do that we can get in trouble so me and my daughter left .a very disappointing experience.
Went to Porcelanosa today, and the showroom was beautiful. The lady who helped us was extremely helpful and informative, she was patient with us, thank you
