From the moment I stepped in to Poppy Beauty I was made to feel at ease and relaxed. What the massage was going to entail was thoroughly explained and I was asked if there was anywhere I needed focusing on and whether I had a preference about how much pressure I'd want. The massage itself was fantastic and felt really professionally done. A really great experience all round.
