Poppies did such an amazing job on my wedding flowers. They took over last minute after I was let down by another florist. I sent them some inspiration and they created exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with my flowers! Communication was great, responding to emails quickly. They were friendly on the day and gave me tips on best way to hold them. Thank you so much Edited to add photos.

I won't ruin their score with a negative star rating as their flowers are beautiful and can't talk to their service as I walked away. But be careful if you are a minority as their staff member Samantha has very strong personal views on people who are not white British and feels very happy to talk about them at work. I did not feel comfortable carrying on my purchase when someone is so proud to share bigotry in a professional setting.
