Emily was fantastic - collaborative, professional, and knowledgeable with a calm, cool vibe that made the whole experience very pleasant. She listened carefully to my preferences, provided thoughtful options, and was incredibly clear about what would work for me and why. Annabel was fantastic! She made me feel really comfortable and chatted me through the whole process of cutting my very long hair short. She double-checked I was sure before going ahead, which I really appreciated, and the result is even better than I imagined. I absolutely love it. I’ve been searching for a hairdresser I can trust in Oxford, and I feel like I’ve finally found one with Annabel.
