It's very homey, a very friendly atmosphere. It's very comfortable and the employees are extremely professional and approachable. I went in to pick out new frames for glasses today and I got a lot of help finding the right pair just for me! It was a fast and easy process and it just makes me like this optometrist even more.
I have been going to pooles for several years. I've always received great care . But this year I seen a new doctor. She was a very sweet and smart young lady. I'm sorry to say I can remember her name. But she was excellent at her work and I hope to see her again next year.

Everyone was polite, helpful, and absolutely lovely. It's a very inviting and generous office. Laura discussed the tests with me prior to the experiences, so I would know what was going to happen, and my eye doctor was informed and generous with her time in answering my questions. I loved the experience and the people.
Doctor was great, staff was great, office is great, location is great. Consider me sold!
