They done my glasses. I had no problems. I went back to have sunglasses done ,called and Valerie had a nasty attitude about it. plus the lens are chipped inside. I am not satisfied with this at all. Very sad because I did like this place.
Very dissatisfied with the service! Took money from my account but somehow didn’t order my contacts... that was over 2 weeks ago. Went in to get trial packs and came home with wrong strength....called them to do d out they now have ordered the wrong strength.... and was told “well we ordered what we had in our system”. I clearly have the empty box of the last contacts I left there with.... but they don’t have a record of those being ordered! I will make sure to warn EVERYONE to stay away. Best eye doctor ive been to in greenwood they didn't try to make u come out of pocket for what you couldn't afford. Friendly staff clean office and bathrooms. Nice selection of glasses sweet staff and doctors who understood rare genetic disorders. Very friendly i will def reccomend again.

I had an awesome experience at Triangle Optomertry of Cary. The staff was so very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. Pleasant experience with Rachel, Jaimie, Kevin and the Doctor. Wonderful office

When I called there the lady that answered the phone was very short on the answers..I was trying to find out how much was my co-pay for the eye exam..she was concerned with someone else in the background..so I said ok thanks..... Then last year when I went to get a copy of my prescription they told me I had to pay $30 and I've never had a problem getting one from any other Eye doctor before...wow
