Great staff and very knowledgeable on their product
Exam was fine, but they charge $25 if you request your pupillary distance with your prescription. I'll be finding somewhere more patient-centered next year.

What a delightful place I’m used to going to LensCrafters and how great is was to walk in for the first time and being treated like I’d been there a million times great place... Mary Beth was great
You know, I ended up here thanks to a Groupon, but I would seriously choose them without a Groupon. I absolutely loved the office staff. Everyone was just so nice! Dr. Reames is super cool, and very personable. They even have awesome high tech machines - no dilating of eyes here! I even get my new pair of glasses the NEXT DAY! :)

When my son accidentally scraped his eye with a pair of scissors, I called Dr. Poole and was a total mess. He calmed me down and even stayed after business hours to check on my son, get him proper medication, and do a proper exam. Not only is Dr. Poole a brilliant doctor, but he truly has a gift working with children. Although I have moved to a different state and he is no longer my Eye Dr., I will never forget the care he gave my family. He also has some awesome staff and a great selection of glasses for my other kids.
