I had my eyes examined by this company on October 2014, they told me I needed glasses so I went through the process of picking out frames and deciding which lenses I wanted and paid for my order. They told me it would take a week. They then dilate my eyes and send me home without taking the necessary pictures. Two weeks later I call to check on my glasses and they tell me they aren't in yet.
