My dog Frito is a picky little fella and doesn't like just anyone. The first time we took him to Ponderosa I was worried, however, I was so impressed with the way they just took him without hesitation and he did great!! We always leave him at Ponderosa when we go out of town and it is worry free!! He loves it there and can't wait to get out of the car and inside when we pull into the parking lot. Great place for pets!!

First time using Ponderosa Pet Resort for my two Springer Spaniels while on vacation. I was very hesitate on leaving them for the first time for 8 days. Phillip and his staff made me feel very comfortable through phone calls and in person when dropping them off. They have a texting feature and I was able to get daily update information promptly. I highly recommend this facility for boarding your furbabies. Even with any of my concerns Phillip(owner) called me personally. Thank you Ponderosa Pet Resort!!!

Just started using ponderosa pet resort! They're great! Affordable and very nice! Great customer service! Very happy I found them!
We have been taking our dog to Pet Ponderosa for about 6 years. Before they moved to Georgetown location. The customer service is top notch and you really feel Phillip and his employees care for your animal. I will never take my animals anywhere else. ❤️
Dropped off my 6 month old miniature schnauzer for her first grooming visit! She looked great! Wonderful staff and they care about you dogs needs. Did an amazing job

This is our go to grooming stop. They always do a fabulous job and our dogs leave with bandanas as an extra touch, which I love! Service is always great and the staff are friendly.
We have been taking our dogs to Ponderosa for close to 2 years. They have been such a blessing. They are kind, accommodating, and extremely thoughtful. They pay special attention to our individual needs and we couldn't be happier with the friendly staff! They definitely go above and beyond!
