First time boarding my fur babies...they came home healthy and happy! They have another stay coming up so hopefully it will be the same!!

I was nervous to leave my ten year old pooch as he is a nippy blue heeler. They cared for him well. My only complaint is that despite being up on his shots, he came home with a bad case of kennel cough. So bad, he did not get over it on his own - he woke me up at 4:30 am choking on phlegm and coughing/vomiting it up trying to breathe 5-6 days later. A $144 vet bill later, he is fine.

We used them over the weekend and from someone who grew up working in a kennel I can say they were great! The building was so clean smelling and our baby came home happy and still smelling great herself. Thank you for taking such great care of Keeva while we were gone!

Took my nearly one year shepherd mix for the board and train program. They did an amazing job, and almost 2 months later he is still doing great!

Our 1 yr old goldendoodle did a 3 week board and train session at Ponderosa. They did a fantastic job working with him and adjusted their style to his unique temperament and needs. I got regular updates, photos and videos. They addressed everything on my "wish list", and Zulu came home a happy and much better behaved member of the family. It was worth every penny. I would highly recommend Ponderosa!

The staff and Phillip (owner) are phenomenal! I've bugged them several times daily since it's the first time I've had my big boy boarded there. Staying in touch is in touch has been important to me and they are always so gracious. 5-Star recommendation!
