This was our first time to board our Lab Josie at Ponderosa and we loved it! Very friendly staff, easy check-in/check-out, and they constantly post pictures so that you can see what your dog is up to. We picked Josie up happy and healthy having had a bath and a blueberry facial. We will definitely be using Ponderosa again!
This is a couple of weeks late, but I received a weekend boarding gift for Christmas from my roommate, SUPER thoughtful and I was hesitant to leave Kenzie for two nights. I had nothing to worry about! She seemed to have enjoyed herself and must have been very comfortable throughout the weekend. The girls were super good about updating me and answering my text to see how she was doing.
