We really like the staff and atmosphere. Feel comfortable leaving Puddin' with the staff.
RecommendedGreat staff and very easy to check-in! Kiara and Bandit stayed 8 nights and I got to see pictures of them in playgroup on Facebook. We will definitely be going back for daycare and boarding. Kiara and Bandit had fun, but I am sure glad to have them home :) can’t thank you enough for taking such good care of them!

I am so thankful for Ponderosa. This was the first time in ten years that our fur baby was at a pet resort. They sent us a pic of Rossi enjoying one of his walks. The communication is stellar. They always replied when I would text to check in. The staff is super friendly. 🐾💙🐾
My dog, Luke, is nervous around new people and dogs. He had such good care there, he smiled in every picture and truly enjoyed his time. Thanks, Ponderosa Pet Resort, for taking such good care of my buddy!
The people at Ponderosa always recognize my dog and call her by name as soon as we enter, even if they aren't expecting us. Now that she's gotten used to staying there, either for day care or over night, she's happy to go inside. They usually get her all clean before pickup, too. We used them for behavior training and they did a great job using all positive reinforcement.
