Thank you for going way above and beyond to take care of Shazzer while we were on vacation. I appreciate the care and communication. I felt 100% confident that she was in capable and loving hands.
We brought our 7 month old lab puppy for 2 weeks of training and are very pleased! We got to see him enjoying lots of play time with all the other dogs which he LOVED! He is doing quite well with the commands he learned while in training! Great job, Emily! And thank you to the rest of the staff for taking such great care of our Rusty.
It's hard to leave your pets behind, but sometimes necessary. We totally trust the pet caregivers at Ponderosa. Awesome staff! Callie and Cooper love coming to see all their friends!

I've been leaving my dog with Ponderosa Pet Resort since he was just a puppy. My baby is very anxious around strangers but they took excellent care of him. Now he gets excited everytime we drive up to the building. I never worry about him when he is in their care. Great place , great people. Cant go wrong leaving your pet in their care.
