Disrespectful on the phone
I went through a very difficult 14-month experience, and for the first 8 months I was completely unrepresented. Pond Marsh were the only solicitors who truly listened and agreed to take on my case, even though it was already so far into proceedings and incredibly complicated. If I could give 0 star I would, they are absolutely useless nd dont speek to you how proper solicitor are suppose to, there approach and manners are something to be desired, no good at all, would not recommend, they need to be closed down permanently, usless people, dont know how to there job properly at all
Worst solicitors in the country lied about everything told me they were on the way to court only to find pond had not even left the office the federation needs to close them down they tried to steal my inheritance
