Brought new Ford Edge in for first 5,000 mile service. Was told I needed an appointment for a torn axel boot. At that point I was told if it took more than a day I would get a loaner car. I return for the appointment and was told they would be lucky if they get to look at it today. They would be more than happy to give me a ride home. No loaner car. RecommendedIt was fine, but you really are stretching the “Quick” thing.
Just bought tires & other services. This is the 3rd time in been there with check engine light on. I've asked every time for them to reset that. You. Would think a proficient service department could do that. I called & left a message on Fernando's v.m to let I know I was less than happy. No call back. I don't care for the service here.
Purchased a brand new car which has breaks issues. Brought the car 3 times for repairs. Nothing is fixed. Just getting the run around. Extremely disappointed by service. Was not expecting this from a reputable company.
