My service adviser, Adam, was very communicative, very helpful, and I would go back to him anytime.
Two hours waiting for an oil change and guess what.... The oil was never changed, although the advisor stated an hour and that hour was confirmed by text! The excuse was that the “Lincoln vehicles had to be taken first”. Why not just be up front with customers? Why waste someone’s time? Hopefully you will think about this the next time someone waste your time when it could have been avoided.
I had a slite issue whit my windshield seal. instead of replacing the whole 3 piece unit Adam finde a quick solution and made a Christmas miracle for me. Thank you again, bc of you I was able to make a Christmas miracle to my child! Thank you so much! I'll never forget

Had another great experience with the ford express lane Saturday 12/23/18 I would totally recommend pompano ford always. I will be moving to ft lauderdale in January and will happily continue to use pompano ford for service
