stop overcharging customers
While vacationing in Florida I had a problem with my Ford Escape I went Pompano Ford . I was greeted with a smile by Adam Allan He took care of my problem efficiently and quickly . My experience was excellent and I happily was back on the road .
This is a busy time of year and although they were very backed up, Amy made sure my MKC was finished on time so I wouldn't be late for the rest of my appointments. They did a good job.

Bought 2018 New MKZ and with 2K miles on the car, I noticed a small thumping with the tires. Took it in to the service dept and they wanted to give me a loner so they could have more time to check it out. They couldnt get me a loaner til the next day and I agreed. They picked up my car and dropped off the loaner. Amy keep me up to date with the car and texted me my car would be ready the next day with 4 new tires replaced by the manufacturer.
