Went here to see about possible repairs, even though I didn’t go forward with it, my service advisor, Mike A. Helped me tremendously with a recall that I had as well as reviewing some documents for me to see if I would be covered. He was an amazing service advisor and I certainly plan on coming back there to him.
A driver blew a stop sign on me and as a result, I needed a new Mustang, preferrably quickly. Mark Skummer and the others at Pompano Ford Lincoln made it expeditious, pleasant and rewarding for me. Great service and a fine product, a snappy 2018 model at a good price. What more can I say other than: many thanks fellas. Recommend you guys without reservation.

I had my MKZ in for an oil change and was experiencing a problem with the NAV system. They ran diagnostics and discovered that the NAV was confused. The problem was corrected and a call was made to me explaining that the problem was with the can and not my brain. Great customer service. I will send my car there for all my service needs.
