My recent sales experience was excellent. Actually, this is my third lease from Pompano Ford Lincoln and each time Mike Goch, Sales and Leasing, has provided exemplary service and support. Mike is always very professional, patient, and calmly explains all possible options. He never rushes through the sales/lease process and is the main reason I will continue to lease or buy from Pompano Ford. And, I love my new MKC!!!!

Have taken my 2016 Lincoln MKX to Pompano twice now and each time I was impressed with the staff and service I received. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership for servicing of ones vehicle.
Arriving late in the afternoon, and on a very tight schedule (driving up from Miami) Jeff Balaban was amazing and found a tech to quickly inspect a used 2011 Expedition...that I now own! Yea! :))) After the purchase he gave the truck a complete once over and David Leuck was able to provide a FORD FACTORY EXTENDED WARRANTY :)) I am so happy with my new baby. I still miss my MAX, my old 7.3L-D Excursion...but my new EL is a step up in so many ways. Thanks Guys!! You're the best! FORD TRUCKS R TUFF!! xoxo

Quick Lane should be renamed to Slow Lane. Last two visits required waiting for more than two hours. Waiting room showing Oprah-like TV shows to a room full of mostly males waiting for their cars. To add insult to injury, I received a $10 coupon from Pompano Ford the day after I had "the Works" performed on my vehicle at regular price. Wrote back twice to get a refund with no response. Suggest using alternate business for service in future.
Poor service, slow, below standard, I called to schedule a service, they said no necessary, Wrong they have to send somebody with a loaner car to wathever you are and take your car. My continental was for 15000 miles service, when arrived to the dealer's service, only 2 customers, the manager available but told me "give me a minute" and never come back, after 20 min a representative talked to me, ... my service would take 2 hours, I told him I need a loaner car, I did a tour seeing new cars, 40 min after a lady took me to a ... read more
