Brought my 2016 Mustang in to get the A/C repaired and Jeff was very attentive and gave me updates as soon as they came across his desk. I will continue to make the drive from Hollywood to Pompano to get any further service done there!

I brought my 2016 Mustang GT Performance Pack into the Service Department and Worked directly with Jeff Balaban. I explained my issue that my Air Conditioner was blowing hot and he immediately identified the problem as the Evaporator. Had a wonderful experience at Pompano Ford. I called about a used vehicle I had been looking at online and inquired about the out the door price. My sales representative, Chris Friedos, worked with me until I had a price that I was comfortable with. Drove down from Orlando to test drive it and was out the door almost within the hour, thats test driving and finance paper being signed. Pete from finance was also amazing and explained everything very well.
Jason Llerena did an excellent job with me when I took my truck to do my first complementary service, he was kind and professional.
Dealing with a Holman store the past 25 years has been excellent. Any issues corrected to clients satisfaction. I dealt with Hiram Soto and nothing could have been better. Although the clean-up department sucks, dealing with Hiram once again was as before, nothing short of excellence.Thank you Hiram!!
