I experienced a brake problem on my 2018 Lincoln Continental. The personal at Pompano Lincoln went out of their way to insure this repair was completed promptly and to my satisfaction. Adam Aylan the Service Contact went out of his way to keep me up to date and informed about my repair. My car was returned spotlessly clean. Well done Adam and Pompano Lincoln

We're just back from regular service at Pompano For Lincoln. Excellent experience as usual: Jason was very pleasant and accommodating. We had to wait two hours before getting our car in, but that was out fault for not making an appointment---and the fact that it's so crowded is because they do a great job.

Service reps are nice people but as for quality, stay away from Ford. My 2015 Edge has been a problem since I bought it and Ford can't find what the problem is. Tech after tech and they want me to believe they don't know what's wrong with the car. Who are they kidding. I've met numerous people who claim to have the same issue and no resolution. So either they build cars with systems they don't understand or , more likely, the recall and cost to repair would be too large and they just won't do it. How can anyone rate a servic... read more

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is absurd. I'm letting you know, that I am really not happy. Apparently, there is ZERO quality control in your service department. They delivered my truck yesterday afternoon. They did not replace the missing wiring harness cover, and today I get in, and the drivers side power seat does not work. I know this is not your fault, however, I'm walking this up the chain. I brought my car in for regular maintenance. No appt. I was greeted by Chris Wallace who said it would be no problem at all. My car was serviced and given a complete safety inspection in record time. I was just settling in when my car was brought up to the service drive. What a nice surprise, my car was washed, vacuumed and windows cleaned. I drove off in less than 40 minutes. Pompano Lincoln is the only place I lease and service my car. Great service and great people.
