Super disappointed with my recent experience. I watched my truck go for a test drive after a week in the shop and paid my bill and drove out, didn't even make it to the corner - same problem. Returned it, and after another week I am informed to pay $750 for them to pull down my engine to find a fault that they diagnosed the week before and I paid for the repairs. Who does that???? bought my 2016 Lincoln navigator from here and the sale went really smooth, service on the other hand has been a nightmare. I brought my truck in for service and to have puddle lamp fixed as well as have headrest replaced because it was broken. Received truck back and didn't realize till night time that they replaced puddle lamp but didn't put it in straight so it shows logo way off to the side. The worst service dealership I've ever dealt with. My 2016 MKC has gone in there twice for routine services and a few minor noises in the 15 months since I've owned it. BOTH times they returned my car with dents on it caused by them... leading body work to be done on my car. This last time, they repainted my car without my consent, when I asked to be notified if any body was needed. Terrible communication. Horrible service.
