I go past another Ford place to go to Pompano Ford. I have been going for all my checkups there and have now reached 90000 miles with no problems. I find the service excellent.
The service sucked... took my car in for a simple belt took them 4 days to complete the work and to top it off they were suppose to take care of my rental yet they charged my card. Then the person driving my stick shift car did not know how to drive it I heard my poor car a block away!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER
The service was first class when I bought the car in January. Today when I came in for my first free oil change the service Wes equally stellar!

It has been a very long time since I met a more rude, disrespectful, nastier person than the sales manager on duty here tonight. Maybe he was showing off for his buddies, all sitting in his office with nothing to do? What an absolute loser! This dealership should be called POMPOUS thanks to this guy.
