Wish that I give 0 stars. Horrible customer service and shows no sense of diversity, which is a slogan that Ford Motor Company promotes. Stay away from this place if you're looking for quality service.
I've been buying cars here for over 30 years. Tony and his team are the best!! And the service department is honest, had another dealer tell me I needed a new manifold, took it to Pompano and it was 2 spark plug coils. The negative post about service must be from someone who bought a piece of junk from somebody else & it would not matter where you took it for repair !!
Worst service experience I have ever had. For the last year my 4 year old car has been in and out of this service department. In every instance the repair took anywhere from 3 days to 6 weeks! Not a single employee is able to think outside the box or is willing to put in any effort to make sure a customer is taken care of. I'm literally taking my car directly from their dealership to car max to sell it after dealing with them. The experience with this dealership has turned me off Ford forever. Avoid like the plague.
