I scheduled the service online. It was done in a timely manner. And other services that needed to be done was brought to my attention. Overall I was very pleased with the service.
I had to have my Lincoln serviced. Amy was a pleasure to deal with. Broken radio and something in the transmission and a couple other things, and I was leaving in a week. Amy kept me up to date with the progress and that was great. All work was completed in time to leave. Thanks to the service department for the great work.
I purchased my Lincoln in another state and had been living here only a short time when the battery died. I contacted Pompano Lincoln and they took care of everything from towing my car, giving me a loaner, doing a full diagnostic and then replacing the battery. Mike was my service rep then and he continues to be. I appreciate the personal attention that comes with the consistency of one service rep. I have been pleased with each visit to Pompano.

12 minutes ago I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from this dealership yesterday 03.02.2019. This afternoon after driving it for less then an hour I stopped and went into a Publix for a few moments. When I got back in the car, my engine would not turn over so I called AAA for a jump.
