Absolutely amazing experience today for my sister picking her wedding dress. The lady's working was absolutely outstanding and so lovely! Had such a lovely morning and found the dress 1st time! Thank you ❤️
Absolutely loved my experience today with Laurie and Amy. They let me try any dress on I wanted. They were so down to earth and gave me amazing advice. Nothing I asked was too much for them.They made me feel so relaxed. I bought my wedding dress today after weeks of looking. I've tried all the cheaper stores eg wed2be and the quality just don't compare to the dresses in pomfret. Thanks girls you made me feel a million dollars!
So my sister had an appointment last week and I would definitely not recommend this place at all they are so unprofessional didn’t listen to what my sister wanted just choose what they thought she wanted…they was very rude well 1 off the women was very rude more than the other her attitude was awful which obviously made me and my sister feel awful to the point she wasn’t even excited by the time she was trying on wedding dresses what was supposed to be a great day for my sister ruined the whole experience for her and for me ... read more
Brilliant shop. Got my daughters prom dress from here. Amy and laurie were great with her, made her feel at ease, made her laugh and feel comfortable. She couldn't wait every time she came back. Best shop by far
I had an appointment at Pomfret a few days ago. Whilst I didn’t find ‘the one’ in terms of dresses, I found some stunning dresses and felt very comfortable. I liked how they helped me stick to my budget and didn’t encourage me to go beyond it - I found it very respectful. All in all I had a lovely experience and would recommend them 😊
