I sure wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered two rocking chairs that turned out to be defective. I am currently waiting for customer service to pick up my call, its been over an hour ???????

Horrible customer service. It's been 3 weeks and we still can't get ahold of a live person and 5 online inquires have yet to be answered. Very frustrating!!

**************** is unreachable and unresponsive. I ordered two chairs and one table. One of the chairs is not able to be assembled because the hole is drilled too off center.I've submitted a claim via their website and other than an automated case number assignment I've heard nothing for a week now. I tried to call their customer service and despite it assuring me the hold time was only one minute I waited 16 more minutes without reaching a person. Polywood... 3 of 4 counter chairs delivered yesterday have a missing part and/or holes not drilled... I would expect this from ******* not paying 5k for "quality" furniture... beyond disappointed

I never received the order. I got a text from the company saying it would be delivered last Wednesday. It hasn't arrived. I have tried calling customer service countless times, only to be on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer from any representative. I've tried their chat at least four times, no response from anyone there. I too am having the same experience as another former customer detailed above in altheir review, this company has a history of taking money from their consumers, but doesnt give you the items you paid... read more

I ordered some furniture from this company last year and received it with no issues. Being that I was satisfied before I ordered some additional furniture which unfortunately arrived missing parts. I tried calling customer service and can never get through, I filed an online report through their Website which has gone unanswered. I ordered 4 chairs. With one chair, there were missing parts. I submitted a request online that parts were missing and they shipped the needed parts to me hassle-free. The chairs are great! And we appreciated the follow-through from Polywood. Would recommend to friends.

You cant beat the quality of polywood material for outdoor furniturebut, I ordered their $2500 hexagon picnic table and there was a number of issues! Washers didnt fit the bolts provided, the tool provided did not fit the bolts, and the holes (for all 4 seats!) did not line up with the crossbar legswhat a pain!! Really, we had to drill all sides to ************ took time to make them line up. When I reported the issues, I was told that I should have contacted them & waited for what response?? Sure, send me the lousy washers ... read more

Beware of squirrels. Scratching and chewing risks are not clearly disclosed. In fact, the furniture is marketed as having the ability to remain outside year round. Wish I covered mine in the winter months since the warranty does not cover the damage.
