On May 15, I ordered a 9 piece patio set, 2 Adirondack conversation sets, and an Adirondack rocker conversation set. The rocker set, I ordered through Amazon. The rest, through *********** The rocker set arrived first, and on one of the rockers we were shorted 2 screws. Product is good, but dealing with Polywood is impossible- they do jot take phone calls and take 8 business days minimum respond to text or email. So, any issues are ridiculous to resolve. This makes product and order support untenable. Other products with equal value are available with good support. So dont get married to Polywood.

I'll start off by saying that their product is great if you're able to get one that can be assembled. There is something seriously wrong with their manufacturing / QA department though. Here's a timeline of my experience:- February 28: Order for dining set placed - March 12: Delivered, woohoo! Have been waiting for over 2 weeks to hear back from customer service to initiate a return. Have sent 2 email requests. There are no customer service agents available via live chat or phone despite trying to contact them during business hours. I left my phone number for "virtual queue" callback with no response either. Very frustating

Does anybody work for Polywood. Our order is almost a week late with no updates from customer service. The automated chat is a joke. Sent info via chat last week and still no response. ******* ordered through a 3rd party if we knew it would take this long and get crappy service.

Although the many Polywood products I have purchased are fantastic, customer service is completely nonexistent. After waiting for a much longer time than estimated for my last purchase and unable to get an updated delivery estimate, it was missing a part necessary for its safe use. Ordered a patio set - arms on the chairs didn't have holes drilled and the holes in the table were drilled too large. Called and "corrected" the issue with the help line with the assurance that replacements would be sent right away. The replacement chair arms arrived a few days later and then, instead of being sent a table, we were sent a second bench (the only item in the set that we did NOT need a replacement of). Trying to call the phone number now isn't helping as they are supposedly experiencing "technical difficulties"... read more
