WTH kind of company is this? We thought we were helping the environment purchasing this VERY expensive furniture. It's less than a year old and we have a broken chair. Have been waiting over a week for an email back. Wasted 30 minutes on hold today. No one answered the live chat on their website, which was supposed to be the "fastest" option. Having a very difficult time getting answers from Polywood. Used thier online chat, which gave me outdated information (shipping May 31-June 6th). Called today, sat on hold for the 41mins they said it would take. After 45 mins, an automated recording took my phone number for call back later and then hung up on me. Very disapointing experience so far.

Great products, but their customer support is virtually non-existent. I submitted a ticket 3 weeks ago, only after getting hung up on after waiting on hold for an hour. Still no response.I called again today, waiting another hour, only to have my call sent to voicemail. Not sure how they can run a company like this, but if I were an exec, I'd be furious.

On May 15, I ordered a 9 piece patio set, 2 Adirondack conversation sets, and an Adirondack rocker conversation set. The rocker set, I ordered through Amazon. The rest, through *********** The rocker set arrived first, and on one of the rockers we were shorted 2 screws. I would give ********* 0 stars if I could. Sadly, it looks like I am joining the countless other customers that complained of bad experiences on this forum. I really wish I had seen these first. Product is good, but dealing with Polywood is impossible- they do jot take phone calls and take 8 business days minimum respond to text or email. So, any issues are ridiculous to resolve. This makes product and order support untenable. Other products with equal value are available with good support. So dont get married to Polywood.

I'll start off by saying that their product is great if you're able to get one that can be assembled. There is something seriously wrong with their manufacturing / QA department though. Here's a timeline of my experience:- February 28: Order for dining set placed - March 12: Delivered, woohoo! Have been waiting for over 2 weeks to hear back from customer service to initiate a return. Have sent 2 email requests. There are no customer service agents available via live chat or phone despite trying to contact them during business hours. I left my phone number for "virtual queue" callback with no response either. Very frustating
