Ordered a garden glider in April, received early May but parts didn't align, upon contacted customer service, they offered for a replacement part. Replacement part came only to find more issues. When contacted them to arrange return and refund, it took over a week for someone to get in touch, issued only 1 of the 2 return shipping orders. We kindly ask that they be recycled at a local recycling center so they can be made into something else. The quality of the materials in Poly-Wood Furniture is very poor. I just purchased a Vineyard 6 piece set and the surface of the coffee table and end tables were not even. We could not set a wine glass on the table without is wobbling. I was told that while they were continually trying to make their boards evenly flat, the undulations in the surfaces of the table top boards was within their normal tolerances.
