This company is giving "Made in *******" a bad name. Their product is over priced, takes too long to receive and NOW is POOR Quality. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again. They don't answer emails and dont stand by their product. Patio cushions tearing with little use in them and mantained at a high level. Their customer service tries to avoid replacement by making excuses. I ordered a couple of foot rests and they changed the material so now it does not match the original set. We are disgusted with Wayfair and Poly-wood. We ordered in March 2022 and here we are in July 2022 with no furniture but they have charged us. We tried to cancel and keep getting a run around with them telling us it is already built in ready to ship but then in the next message telling us it is ready to go to production. How do these companies stay in business? We are filing a complaint with the ** consumer complaint/fraud department in our state.

I placed a big order for furniture in March 2021. Got the emails saying the entire order has shipped in June 2021. When it was delivered less than half of my order arrived and an entire pallet of adirondack chairs that I did not order was also left. Repeated calls to customer service to learn that they lost my *custom* order of furniture ($14k) and they would have to rebuild it but the fabric I ordered in March doesn't exist in June. Advertised "QUICK SHIP 3-5 WEEKS" on the polywood.com website....and now here I am waiting nearly 8 weeks, with NO FURNITURE here yet. SO DISAPPOINTING!!! HOW do companies like this get away with the lies and false advertising on their websites...with NO accountability or NO reprimand????? DISGUSTING.

Looks good after 3 years under the sun. I also have a table and chair det from thier 1at generation of furniture. 25 years old. Yes it is showing signs of age but still ok Jeff **************

Their product holds dirt stains an looks terrible in under 1 year even with routine cleaning. The worst part of it is that I specifically asked before ordering white if it would stain. They told me absolutely not. Had I known it would stain I would have at least ordered a darker color. No one would invest thousands of dollars in something that only looks good for one summer. Avoid Polywood at all cost. While assembling the set I found a production defect that wasn’t caught in quality control. The distance between the legs were inaccurate and the braces could not be attached. After contacting customer service I was told that this was a known issue and they would need to send out a new table top. After arranging a 2nd 12 hour delivery window, I was shocked to find that a defective table was sent a second time! I placed an order 6/4 and have yet to receive these products. It has taken weeks to get any response from email inquiries. They sent an email with attachment in late July which was unreadable on any of my devices. This company has terrible customer service with no way of contacting anyone by phone. I feel like I have offered the patience due to world circumstances. I would either like my furniture or my money back.

Placed order on 6/3. No way to contact by phone. Have not received furniture. Just get a scripted reply. They are plenty happy to take your money. Looks like we just lost $1200.
