The table arrived two weeks later than expected. All the parts were there and assembly was easy. **************** is nonexistent. No response to chat, telephone or email. The table is good quality but I would never buy from them again.

Business response:

Hello *****,

We sincerely apologize for the delay and the experience you had with our customer service. We understand how frustrating it can be not to receive timely support.

We do see that we have followed up with you directly on this matter. Wow, is this the only way to get customer support? Spending this amount of money and not having any customer service is just unacceptable. I've submitted a credit card dispute as I have no assurance I will see my product or hear from these people.

Business response:

Hello *********,

We sincerely apologize for the delay and the experience you've had. We understand how frustrating it can be not to receive the support you need, especially after making a significant purchase.

We have followed up with you directly on this matter but have not heard back. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience you have faced, but please rest assured that we are committed to resolving this with you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

**************** is non-existent.Upon registering my issue (broken chair leg) with Polywood I was sent an email with a case # and their response that they would respond in 5-7 business days. Two weeks have now elapsed without contact, and the online chat is simply spitting out generalized responses outlining the process of establishing the claim which I have already completed. On-hold wait times have remained at "61 minutes" for the over 30 minutes I have been on hold just today. My prior attempts to call were met with simil... read more

Overpriced, poor quality control, terrible support. Avoid! Horrendous customer support and very poor quality items. They will take weeks to respond and threatened to charge ME for a replacement part that was definitively due to their poor quality control!

We understand how upsetting this situation has been for you. We see that one of our agents is currently assisting you and addressing your concerns. We ordered 6 adirondack chairs from Polywood, excited about their quick turn around as our clients are hoping to open their restaurant soon. We could not have been more wrong. It has been "in production" for 2 weeks, even though the website stated it would be shipped in 3-5 days. I can't even contact anyone, and cannot get an updated lead time from them. I understand being swamped with orders, but not being able to contact a real human being for an updated ship date is ridiculous. I've called over and over to a continuous '4... read more

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from Polywood I've had the same experience as everyone else. I purchased a table and chairs, plus four Adirondack chairs (multiple thousands of dollars in total). Like others, I've found that the chairs are incredibly difficult to put together, with a majority of the holes not drilled through even close to enough. Prepare for much manual labor and hours of work. But that's not even my issue one of the arms of my Adirondack chairs came backwards (the holes are on the wrong sid... read more

WTH kind of company is this? We thought we were helping the environment purchasing this VERY expensive furniture. It's less than a year old and we have a broken chair. Have been waiting over a week for an email back. Wasted 30 minutes on hold today. No one answered the live chat on their website, which was supposed to be the "fastest" option. Do you even know what customer service means? I can buy cheap furniture at Target and actually receive customer service. I wish I would have read about their horrible customer service B... read more

Having a very difficult time getting answers from Polywood. Used thier online chat, which gave me outdated information (shipping May 31-June 6th). Called today, sat on hold for the 41mins they said it would take. After 45 mins, an automated recording took my phone number for call back later and then hung up on me. Very disapointing experience so far.

Great products, but their customer support is virtually non-existent. I submitted a ticket 3 weeks ago, only after getting hung up on after waiting on hold for an hour. Still no response.I called again today, waiting another hour, only to have my call sent to voicemail. Not sure how they can run a company like this, but if I were an exec, I'd be furious.
