Ashley Ramirez spent a whole day and a half with me looking for a car. I was a picky diva and had no idea what I wanted. He had patience with me and drove me around the lots at each location so I wouldnt have to walk in the summer heat. He was a complete gentleman and helped me pick out the best car for my boys and me. I think the service department needs to get my car fixed since it’s been there 2 weeks! Lack of communication and firing employees isn’t gonna fix my car and then you tell me it’s ready when it’s no where near ready and you’re just letting it sit in the damn lot and the technician hasn’t told the service department jack and then you’re making excuses when I call ya on this crappy service??? Come on!
We were there yesterday to purchase a new suv. I told the sales guy up front I wasn’t gonna sign papers that day, it would be the following day so I had time to actually think it through. Long story short He refused to show me the total price after trade in, it was a total joke! They lost that deal. NEVER Going there again. What a waste of time.
