Took our son's truck to get air bag fixed. They had it a month we called every week and they kept telling us part was not in. Just called and its been ready since Wednesday. did we get a phone call? Nope!!

To start, The check engine light came on as soon as I drove off the lot. I Was told to bring it in, they said they were gonna order a part & call me, but after a month no call, so I called them, my part was on back order, now Ive Been waiting since October to get my Cadillac converter and a bracket for my license plate which they said would be put on when i brought the car in for repair. When my wife and I went to see the damages on our car, a young mechanic was looking our way and being nosy. He had a smirk on his face, so apparently he thought the situation was funny.
