Shout out to you guys for selling me a car that has a defective transmission with a class action lawsuit against it. My car never came with the spare key. You guys replaced the tires on my car for very expensive and then one of them blew out within a month. Will never come back here and I will never recommend your name to anyone who asked me where to get a car.
I worked with Mr. Samuel Alvarado on getting my fusion hybrid. He was very courteous and open about finding out price ranges, getting me to test drive vehicles and showed clear excitement when I made sensible picks within my already established price range. What he did not know he was very quick to find out and made sure I was satisfied with my experience and sure about my choice. I appreciate his commitment to the customer and his work ethic.
