Customer service in the Service Department is not good. Wasn’t acknowledged at all upon entering. Also, representative could not at least look up from his paperwork to speak with me while I attempted to ask him questions.
this guy ryan boy he was blessing today. he did everything he could to get us into a car. really nice, respectful, polite. until car was bought. I had a surgery and he messed up some paper I told him I'd be by. instead he told me he was going to my house and showed up with me not ever there. he could have at least asked...
