We were traveling from Texas to Colorado when our car broke down. Since we were traveling, the Pollard service team worked us in the same day, assess the problem & replaced a sensor. We were expecting a large bill but were only charged $100. They were courteous, understanding, honest & prompt. Qualities that are missing from most businesses today. I highly recommend Pollard Friendly Ford for repairs.
They were rude to begin with a sales man named Damon and the one that sold the truck (Joe) new something was wrong with it
Jamie has answered all my question and been one of the best salesman to work with even if his manager isn’t being the easiest to work with to get some things fixed all and all I know we will get there with Jaime help
Sam Alvarado did such a great job getting me in to a gorgeous SUV. He went above and beyond in excellent customer service. I'm very delighted that I got Sam as my car salesman. I highly recommend him. He doesnt know how to disappoint! Go get a vehicle from him! tell em I sent you! ( I don't get anything for the recomendation).
