I have never been so disappointed in a Ford dealership in my life. You have had my truck for 2 weeks for a recall and a faulty pully on the engine; it’s a new truck! It’s at the end of week 2 and the only thing fixed is the recall. You have put my dad and I in a bind because I had to take his truck to work in West Texas. We kept getting told by the service department 2 more days...2 more days over and over. It’s going to be hard to recommend your branch to anybody.
RecommendedI recently purchased a Ford F-150 XLT at a dealership in Austin. However, I wanted a remote starter for the pickup. I was a little leery about taking it to a dealership here. I ended up taking it to Pollard. Everyone I encountered at Pollard was very friendly and professional. My appointment for the truck was at 10 o’clock in the morning and I had my truck back by 2:00 in the afternoon. I was extremely pleased with the service I received!
