We've just come back from a wonderful week's stay at Swallow's Rest on Polkanugga Farm. I can't say enough about the beauty of the accommodation and its setting overlooking lush green hills and meadows and the aspect of the living room means it is bright inside and on the beautiful patio all day long. The place is extremely well equipped with all the kitchen equipment and utensils you could possibly need and, importantly, all sparkling clean and tidy. What a treat this is. Thoughtfully designed, beautifully maintained and owned by passionate and friendly people. The dogs loved their stay here too. An outdoor pizza oven and a private hot tub made for enjoyable evenings. Lots to see and do in the area too. June 2025 - We like it so much we came back for our 3rd visit! The best of hosts, the best of accommodation with the best of Cornish scenery. Perfectly located for exploring. Immaculately clean and well serviced with wonderful welcome hamper. Both us and the dogs couldn’t have been happier with our stay and couldn’t be sadder to leave.
My recent trip to Polkanugga Farm with my girlfriend and dog was a real treat for the senses and soul. From the moment we arrived at our charming place, we felt like we were in paradise. Surrounded by picturesque landscapes, peace and nature, we could finally relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
