Bought a regular water heater 2yrs ago which only lasted 2 yrs.. Which should of lasted longer than that.. Hello? Then they told us that even though it was under warranty it would be cheaper to just get a new tankless water heater. The heater was installed incorrectly on the get go causing my radiant heating to run at 94 degrees because they didn't connect the thermostat costing me 800.00 gas bill. They came back and fixed it and admitted to screwing it up. The tank does not work well in our house.. Cold water runs forever..... read more
From our first experience with Polar we have been 100& Satisfied. We weren't getting even Heat from our Furnanxce which turned out to be only a Thermostat issue. Bill, one of the Servicemen installed a 1 Degree Thermostst that solved our problem. Then a little over a tear ago our Old Furnance gave up the ghost. Fortunately it wasn't severely Cold that day, and 2 Technicians took out the old Furnance and installed a new one in short order.
