I called them Thursday morning with in 2 hours they were here with a quote 11:00 we finished paperwork 12:00 installers were here at 7:30 they were wrapped up leaving . I have copd and was in the hospital for 5 days . I cannot tell you guys what this EXECELLENT SERVICE meant to husband and myself . Heating and AC cheaper then the quotes were just for an AC unit . I suggest this be your first call rather then wasting time with everyone else !!! Thank you Polar and the owner that cares !♥️
They are a very good company they let us make the choice as to what level and price we were willing to spend, arranged financing everything from the sales to the installation was done quickly and the follow up for the air conditioner was also done timely the staff were all very professional and courteous and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a new furnace or air conditioner

Used Polar twice now for a furnace issue. First visit from Jerry and second Steve. Both guys were outstanding and personable! They both took time to explain issues and prevention ideas for my unit. I am very happy with the service I received both times. Please take the time to thank your techs again for me. I will be a return customer.
Called a few people for estimates for a new furnace just to replace a old unit nearing its life expectancy. They were the only ones that returned my phone call same day and sent someone out the same day. Two days later I have a new furnace installed. Have also had them install a new air conditioner and furnace in my rental property. Professional, reasonable, fast service. Will only do business with them from here on out. Will be calling again in the spring for my air duct cleaning. Will definitely recommend!
