I called them to get a second opinion and it was confirmed I had to get a new boiler. It was installed right before it got really cold. Jerry gave me a great deal with all the discounts and the installers were very efficient and friendly and made sure I understood my new boiler. It runs great. After dealing with my old boiler, I didn't know what I was missing!
We had a very old boiler replaced by Polar and all of the staff that I dealt with were very professional. We have a very complex heating system in our house that we were constantly having problems with. Now our house is warm. I had someone come out for an estimate and they were here the next day, quote emailed the same day. Follow up call to schedule appt 2 days later. Very pleased with the person who scheduled my boiler cleaning. Very pleasant on the phone. I was able to get the day and time that I wanted. Had my boiler cleaned and now it's ready for this cold cold winter. I've used Elmer for many years (Artic heating ). They've never done me wrong....Thanks Bill!
