Did a great job, solved the issue quickly and came out during the holiday season at normal rates and completed our repair. this is the second time in 1 year we have used them and are extremely satisfied.

Without a doubt the BEST heating and a/c service I have ever had. I have been with Polar as my late mother before me with only praise in service and workmanship. Prompt response to any problem even at 2:00 am as I had last winter, Polar is there. I recently had Polar install high efficiency heating and a/c in my 100+ year old two flat. The worst company I have every dealt with. Did not install my furnace correctly, could have potentially been life threatening if I didn’t catch it when I did..
This is the worst company to deal with. Technicians and supervisors are rude n snotty as can be. They scare you with false information to get you to buy units you don't even need and pressure you to buy especially if you're a woman home alone. ( my case was central a.c.) almost 4000 for a new unit and if it was up to my technician, he would have left with me signing a contract. He also told me all ac units would be 2000 higher next year.
