RecommendedHad an issue with Heating. Turns out the Thermostat was bad. It was replaced and all was well. Dan, the technician, worked diligently to fix the problem and get the heat working again! Great service and would recommend Dan.
NEVER EVER USE POLAR for your heating and cooling needs!!! A routine maintenance service appointment turned into a nightmare last night. First of all, the tech showed up 4 hours late. He goes into my basement and is down there longer than expected. He comes up and tells me there is an issue. I have a crack in the heat exchange. I told him to show me. He shows me what looks like a small hairline of rust. I touch it and it doesn’t feel like a crack. Then he tells me someone negligently installed a switch and wrote reset on it.... read more

My furnace went out in the middle of January. On a Sunday. By Monday night, I had heat from the new furnace Polar installed. Had a recent cleaning and inspection, and getting a new power humidifier next. Very competent, understanding and informative group of people!
Polar has been servicing my HVAC system since it replaced my furnace and AC units. Every year they do a check up and cleaning. They are punctual and offers competitive rates for their service. E have been very satisfied with Polar.
