FIRST TIME USING POLAR, the technician Mike came out 8/11/2020 (we had a big storm coming and thought we should reschedule, but no) and was to clean/maintenance on our A/C unit, he did hook up his diagnosis to check it and used our water hose to clean it, he did go inside and look at thermostat and in basement to see furnace. He did not remove cover to A/C unit and check inside coils, plus hosing down was done outside to inside, which I have never seen before, always inside out. this is the 2nd time Polar has helped me. being a return customer, that says a lot. the 1st time, the furnace wasnt working during the freezing January winter, and thank God i found them. they came the same day and was able to change the whole unit the day after. Talk about quick! 2 winters has passed and i haven't called them yet to fix it. the 2nd time, i was even more impressed because they again offered the same day but i pushed it to the next day. Responded the same day I called when temperatures in the 90’s. Diagnosed the issues and gave us numerous options for our home. Technician wasn’t pushy and let us determine our which route we wanted to go. Called him a few hours later and we had scheduled a new furnace and AC for the next day. Crew showed up on time and completed everything in 1 day. They were friendly, polite and clean. I would highly recommend Polar price was very reasonable and service was excellent!
Our installation people were nice and efficient....very reliable to help get us set up and adjust our system.

Kevin diagnosed our problem, came the next day with the furnace motor, installed it. He was courteous and kind to us. It was almost a pleasure to have the service call.
