Where to start... we had a small roof leak. We also wanted new windows, gutters, and siding and were hoping to find one company to do it all. Polar Bear was our 3rd or 4th estimate. The two guys (Cory and ??) seemed knowledgeable but pushy but some of the others had been worse. Might be the industry. At least these guys spent a lot of time on the roof with my partner looking at the possible issues. I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of the crews that did my roof and gutters.The roofing crew started early Tuesday morning and were finished by mid afternoon on Thursday. I do not know their names but the 3 of them did an excellent job.The 2 fellows that did the fascia and gutters were equally awesome. Noah and his co-worker(sorry I don't remember his name) started on Wednesday and were done on Friday. The entire crew also made sure that my yard was clean of debris when the job was done. We researched possible contractors to install ****** ***** siding on our 1965 Whidbey Island home. Polar Bear’s website was by far the most informative. Scheduling an initial meeting was easy (and prompt) and Joe answered all our questions. The follow-up paperwork was promptly received and easily understood. Although the installation date got pushed back a few times (material delivery delay), Martha kept us informed. After 13 years of peeling and chipped paint on the south and west sides and with numerous attempts to correct the problem, our final solution was to replace the siding. PolarBear installed James Hardie siding...problem solved. Every phase of the project was done as promised and finished to our complete satisfaction. Polar Bear was an amazing company to work with from the estimate to the finished project. Steve, Cedric, & Isaiah were the main crew as well as Noah & Alex who came a few times to help out. All of them were wonderful to work with. They showed up early & worked steadily through the day & even working on a weekend to keep on schedule. I Met with Project manager Antohny S*** told him what I want to have done. he work within my budget. and the work got stated first the windows all 12 of them Matt and Luke found some wood rot and had to build out new window silds they let me know before the additional work needed to be done good thing it was a few. next the Sliding crew came Doug and Sam they came meet with me and explain the process they were going to do.
