We connected with the sales rep (Uryah) right away--really nice, easygoing guy. He walked us through all the options we had without it ever once feeling overly sales-y. Zero pressure. He put together a package with a good roof at a good price, with a transferable warranty, which was important to us since we will be selling the home in the not too distant future. The team at Polar Bear gave me fantastic support and service on our roof project. The roof was a totally-water damaged cathedral ceiling that need a full rebuild. The remodel took nearly 18-months (due to extenuating circumstances) and Polar Bear stood by with me the whole time offering great assistance, and in the end finished with a high quality well installed roof. I would use them again every time.

Polar Bear just completed the work to replace my siding and gutters and install a new door. I was very pleased with the communication throughout the project, working with Nate (owner), Joe (GM), Josiah (Crew lead) and Scott (crew). I did not get the names on the gutter crew but they were pleasant and efficient also. The site was kept clean and organized each evening and materials were delivered and placed where requested. Anthony S*** was spectacular during this whole roofing project, constantly keeping me informed from start to Finish. Walter and his roofing crew were here early morning and completely finished my roof in 1 day, leaving my house and yard spotless. Octavio and his brother were here the next day and completed my gutters in an amazing time. Very happy with everyone's hard work and dedication. Highly recommend this company and group of awesome people.

I want to thank Joe and Polar Bear Exteriors for fulfilling all the promises they made to me. After the initial bid was made, we agreed on a date to start work. Unfortunately Covid-19 arrived and threw a monkey wrench into everything. But, when the company was allowed to start up again, Joe first called me and then personally checked in (keeping a very approriate social distance on the porch). Polar Bear Exterior Solutions **** ******* ** ***** ** ********* ** ***** Polar Bear Exterior Solutions did outstanding job on replacing one of our roofs in a emergency situation. First off they were called to see about a reported leak and Joe was on sight within minutes after receiving the email. Everyone I met at Polar Bear from Andre M****, Mark G*******, Francis W***** and Kolby R**** to Israel and his crew and Brianna on the phone were all friendly, professional, and efficient. Israel and his crew worked very fast and gave me a beautiful new roof and a yard that looks better than it did when they started. I would recommend Polar Bear to anyone who wants quality work done on their home.
