Polar Bear Energy Solutions installed a cover over our deck. this winter the snow damaged it. The cover was only on for 5 months when this happened. They came and re installed the cover with better parts and a better slope so there will be no more issues. They truly do stand behind their products. I was very impressed.

Polar Bear exceeded all expectations on my new roof, from initial bid through installation. Russ provided a great presentation and patiently answered all of my questions regarding the product and installation process. Polar Bear roofing gave me poor service at a high price. I greatly regret choosing them instead of ***** ***** *******. I contracted with Polar Bear for re-roofing because they represent themselves as “Exterior Solutions” and I had three exterior concerns in addition to my need for roof replacement. The salesman encouraged me to believe that they could help me with all three concerns. He said we could probably do that, and according to him, he only said we could do that because you told him "they just needed a bead of caulk run on them". However when the install lead came out as we started the project, the window frames and sills were rotten beyond repair. They paid attention to every detail, and if I noticed something, they fixed it no questions asked. Roof was done professionally and quick. Guys were nice and cleaned up everything. Definitely satisfied with the service and quality that we got. Noah installed the gutters and they look amazing! We had a great experience from the beginning with Eric K*** all the way to the end with Joseph G******* (project manager). Joseph really connected with us and has such a great attitude, made sure we were happy with everything and was able to follow up with any questions that we had.

The team of Doug, Erick, and Chris did an excellent job with the siding on my house. They contacted me whenever they needed clarification with the work being done. Very responsive to any questions we had. Took care of any issues we raised. They paid a lot of attention to detail. Would highly recommend them.

My entire experience with Polar Bear has been absolutely fantastic! From my initial conversation with Roger to plan the replacement, through the logistics and designs with Joe, and ending with the actual siding removal and replacement with Josiah, the experience has been phenomenal.
