I'm a new homeowner who purchased a brand new roof & gutters from Polar Bear Energy Solutions this August. Even though roofs are rarely an attractive purchase, it was quite necessary for me due to damage from the hot Summers on the existing poorly ventilated roof. We loved working with Polar Bear. The business end (putting the siding up and windows in) of this organization is amazing. Crews (Joseph, Aaron/Aaron, Eric, Doug/Eric) were very skilled and had professional demeanor. They attended to details large and small. Although we originally had some scheduling/ installation concerns/ misunderstandings with our sales rep, the Polar Bear install team was able to react to our concerns positively and addressed our concerns.
My husband and I made the decision to completely re-side our house due to the fact that we had LP siding when we built the house 25+ years ago and were afraid it would devalue our home for a future sale. We met with another company prior to Polar Bear and had a terrible experience with that company. From the time that I called Polar Bear to meeting with Tucker to consult on our project followed by the GM Joe to the installation crew of Josiah, Anthony, and Scott we've been extremely pleased. If you are ever looking for a 5 star roofing company, Polar Bear meets the standard. We just finished a large roofing job with Polar Bear. We dreaded looking for a roofer as there are so many to choose from. The person we worked with at Polar Bear was Joe G***** who led us through the choices that were available They offered a superior roofing system which we were impressed with. Anthony was great to work with - he patiently went over all of our options, from just repairing to a full replacement, and all that entailed, including costs, different roofing materials, gutters, colors - the whole nine yards. Though there was initially a delay in the start of work due to inclement weather, work started and finished when they said it would. the crew was great did the work fast and I love the deck. Does not look like I would need any warranties, but it's nice to have.
Polar Bear Exterior Solutions resided our home with James Hardie board. They were very professional from sales through service. Their installation team was very professional, clean, and polite. Our neighbors even commented on how clean and polite they were!
