Very glad we invested with Polar Bear Exterior Solutions. Polar Bear was worth every penny. Pretty sure we have the best roof in the neighborhood. Operative word for us working with Polar Bear is TRUST.

It started with one of the cold calling guy knocking on our door just like any body else but after the appointment with Antony I know they mean business. Spent good 3 hours with me to go over my roof, got into the attic and explain to me about the problem I had, and then explaining to me on their products and warranty. It was by far the most detail estimate I've received. Yes, it was a lot of information but I never felt pushed and Antony was able to answer all my questions while we were talking. Great experience! Jonathan made sure to check with us about any decisions that had to be made. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, and updated us regularly on their progress and the schedule. Jonathan, Austin, and Steven were all very respectful toward our home and took great pains to make sure nothing was damaged and things were presentable. The cost initially seemed high, but the level of service and warranty make it a great value. When we have another project like this, we're definitely calling Polar Bear!
Palmer came by to give me a quote. He was nice and knowledgable. He wasn't pushy but he knew that I really needed to get my gutters done pretty soon. Noa and Alex showed up a week later and just before the rain started up again I had fascia board and new gutters. I am so excited to paint the boards in the Spring and blow off the gutters instead of reaching in. Thanks very much to Polar Bear. I highly recommend their service. This Summer I may be hiring them for a deck.

Noa and Alex came and installed our new rain gutters: they were extremely courteous and professional. Really admired how they were so organized - Noa worked the rear of the house, and Alex took care of the front.

Polar Bear did our architectural composite roof this fall. Israel's crew was fast and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and courteous to our family who were home during the tear off and installation. The first day they tore off 29 square of wood shake roof shingles, and laid down 1/2 inch plywood to cover the empty roof. The next morning they showed up on time with a larger crew and installed all the underlayments, flashing and all shingles. They worked until dark and even power washed our driveway when... read more
