This review is WAAAAYYYYY overdue. My sister, cousin and I came in to get our hair done for our sisters wedding. We had let them know what we wanted done prior to the occasion. I’m going to make this really short. The stylist didn’t manage the time properly. Ultimately, she was obviously and outwardly frustrated by the time she was on to my cousin as her last client. I have been coming to this place for about 2 years now. Poison Ivy have never disappointed me with their beauty treatments and staff have always been lovely. The only thing is nobody ever answers the phone so it makes it difficult to book appointments. It takes me to call about 4-5 times sometimes more for somebody to pick up!

As a new customer I find this place very appealing with it's lovely decor and style. Easy parking access outside and lovely service. I was recommended for lashes which were very good and I will return frequently.
